Murali Sethuraman

I’m a fourth-year graduate student in the School of ECE, originally from Chennai, India, and currently based in Atlanta. When I’m not diving into the world of Machine Learning, I enjoy exploring the scenic trails around Atlanta and experimenting with cooking from various cuisines. I’m deeply passionate about Asha’s mission to provide education to underprivileged children, believing that education should be universally accessible. This April, I’ve committed to running a half-marathon (21 km) to raise funds for Asha’s cause, and I’m working on improving my fitness by hitting the gym more often, and participating in Asha’s running program. The running program sessions include a combination of strength training, short runs, and long runs on the weekend. These sessions have really helped me push myself every week, and I’m happy to say that I’m on track to reaching my goal. Your generous donations will help make education accessible to those who need it most. Please join me in making a difference.

Project I resonate with most : Kalyania
Kalyania started with a primary focus on health care, attending to the senior citizens and subsequently took on the education for underprivileged children in West Bengal. Some of the initiatives include generating health care through women empowerment, nursing training centers and establishing a primary school for holistic education for the children of the deprived.
